Overall Purpose of the Job:
Lead in providing Facilities Management, ensuring safe, productive, and cost-effective environments for client operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine checks and repairs on building fabric and furniture.
- Perform planned maintenance activities using CMMS / CAFM systems.
- Assist engineering team in equipment maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to non-technical queries promptly.
- Assist with moves, maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Report findings and complete required training.
- Source materials and assist with purchasing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proven track record in maintenance.
- Carpentry or similar qualification advantageous.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Garda vetting required.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
