Overall Purpose of the Job
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join Apleona Real Estate Property
Team based in Dublin. Apleona Real Estate will invest time and resources to ensure the chosen candidate will have
a positive work life balance and enjoy the challenges managing a prestigious portfolio. The successful candidate
will be part of team with an ability to work on the day-to-day running of the Property and Facilities contracts.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for a wide-ranging, mixed portfolio including; Commercial and a smaller proportion of
Residential Owners Management Companies
- Overall responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance, legal, insurance and general management of each
client site
- Relationship management involving; Stakeholders, Board of Directors, Owners and Contractors from client
sites. Management of On-site Janitors
- Compliance with industry and legislative standards
- Budget management and implementation of spending control responsibilities, assisting accounts in the
debt collection process
- Liaising with sub-contractors relating to Cleaning, Waste and Technical Services while ensuring Service
level agreements are in place and KPIs are delivered as required
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage any special requirements
- Work with Apleona Health & Safety Department to ensure all sites are Health & Safety compliant in line
with legislation
- Monthly, quarterly stakeholder’s meetings
- Site Safety Walks
The successful candidate must also hold:
- A valid PSRA licence (class D) with industry-relevant qualifications
- Previous experience as a Facilities / Property Manager
- Driven to meet and exceed deadlines, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced
environment
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Competitive Salary depending on experience
General:
The above responsibilities are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the incumbent may be called
upon to carry out such other appropriate alternative or additional duties as may be required which
are within their capability and competence.
Working Pattern
Mon-Fri, 0830-1700 - 37.5 hours per week
