Based in Dublin, in a new state of the art campus, and reporting to the Associate Manager, you will
take ownership of the soft services. You will carry out detailed floor walks, checking that office pillar
services meet the client's requirements. You will escalate and resolve issues, queries, and repairs to
Hard and Soft Services colleagues. You will be responsible for checking Stationery, Planting, meeting
rooms, etc.

leadership and financial and process responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
Overview: Daily operations of
soft services
- Financial Processes in place for PO/invoices/variations
- Payment application on time
- Cash flow maintained neutral
- To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
- Customer Service maintained 90%
- SLAs agreed and monitored regularly
- Communication schedule for customer set
- Reports delivered on time and to quality
- To manage Resources effectively
- Establish Competency job description, for all staff
- Training plan in place and continuously monitored
- Organisation and succession plan in place
- Performance Appraisals carried out as per company
requirements
- Resources provided to enable all staff to undertake their
roles
- To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with
policy
- EH&S Policy and Procedure established for site
- All staff receiving H&S training
- EH&S reports compiled and distributed monthly and as
required.
- To contribute to Apleona Ltd company growth in Ireland
- Active involvement in Business Development Activity on
project specific basis
- Flexibility and Responsiveness
- Any additional requests from line manager
- Respond to emergencies outside normal working hours
Essential Skills / Experience
Required
- Degree/HNC in relevant discipline
- 5 years in a customer service driven environment as team
member or manager
