Security Control Centre Supervisor
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours of work – 42 hours per week on a shift patterns spanning Monday – Sunday, including days and nights. 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
We’re looking for an excellent Senior Security Supervisor to join our team at Apleona at our security control centre based in Motherwell. As a Senior Security Supervisor, you will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are provided to the client and customers at all times. Team building and staff morale will be a priority of the jobholder. The Senior Security Supervisor will be expected to positively contribute to the performance, growth and profitability of the business. In this role you’ll be responsible for focusing the Security teams on providing excellent customer service to all customers; ensure compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies. You will also control and deliver the security rotas ensuring correct manning levels and compliance are maintained at all times. The role is based at our control centre and requires someone with administrative experience.
What you’ll bring to the role:
The security of our people is a top priority for us, so we’re looking for someone:
- Who has a SIA license
- IOSH would be desirable
- That is vigilant with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with radio communications
- Willing to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
- Deal with administrative duties and efficient user on Microsoft packages
It’s desirable that you have a further education in Security Management. We’ll make sure that you receive the right training and support to make you great in your role.
