Overall purpose of the Job
As the Receptionist / Admin assistant, you will perform general receptionist duties along
with supporting the facilities function onsite.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer services by responding promptly to all helpdesk
enquiries.
• Assist with incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
• Support facilities operations when needed through administrative tasks and
coordination of activities.
• Housekeeping of main reception are and other ad=hoc duties.
• Monitor and log temporary contractor and visitor ID cards or room bookings.
• Complete on-site training in a clear format adhering to all quality procedures.
• work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
• wear full uniform and presented well.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
• Show courtesy to all members of staff and client.
Person Specification
- Fluent in English.
- Bright & smiling disposition.
- Team player.
- Flexible approach to duties undertaken.
- Willing to step in and cover annual leave / sick leave of co-workers.
Working Pattern
39 Hour Shift Pattern, Monday - Sunday.
