We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. You will sit within the recruitment team and assist with the onboarding of new employees to the HR system and the issuing of New Starter Packs, Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment.
The Role
- Working alongside the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
- Creating new employee profiles on the HR system.
- Issuing Offer Letters and New Starter packs.
- Drafting and issuing Contracts of Employment for new hires.
- Maintaining a detailed tracking system for all new hire progress.
- Completing all new starter inputs in-line with payroll deadlines.
Our Administrator
- 2+ years' strong administration experience.
- Experience working to strict deadlines.
- Data entry input experience with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are required for the role due to the drafting of important documentation.
