Facilities Contract & Finance Administrator
Location – Manchester, M3 2LF
Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
In this role you’ll provide financial administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for quotes, orders, invoicing, and financial reporting requests. You will also be the first point of contact regarding supplier and client interface. This role has lots of room for growth with opportunities to progress and pick up month end procedures.
As a Contract Support you will provide support to all of the financial aspects, including;
- Raising supplier PO’s and process invoices
- Raising invoices to clients
- Tracking quotes and the progress of projects
- Assisting with the commercial team with month end procedures (accruals, prepayments, WIP)
- Support the contract managers and helpdesk administrators.
- Ensure statutory compliance using the CAFM systems.
- Outstanding debt report
In addition, you will produce monthly service reports to produce to the clients. You will also be willing and able to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
Our Ideal candidate will need to have:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and works accurately
- Previous experience of financial administration and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
