Overall Purpose of the Job
Maintain and operate plant, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.

Respond to helpdesk requests and carry out daily checks.

Coordinate external contractors for maintenance work.

Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.

Maintain compliance with EHS laws and technical standards.

Support operations by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Person Specification
-
Experience with plant equipment like boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems.
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Excellent customer service and a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Engineering qualification or Level 6 trade equivalent.
-
Experience in medical, pharma, or production industries preferred.
-
Knowledge of Maximo and GMP background is a plus.
Working Pattern
Shift Worker, 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday shifts.
