    Compliance Planner

    Location – Manchester, M3 2LF

    Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

     

    The purpose of the Compliance Planner role includes ensuring that all compliance across the planned maintenance portfolio is maintained. The Compliance Planner will also include scheduling Subcontractors and Internal engineers to provide planned preventative maintenance. The individual will be liaising with the helpdesk team, subcontractors, clients and engineers to ensure all jobs and reporting is completed within the relevant SLA period and always maintain business continuity. Specific tasks include booking in services, uploading and reviewing job reports, issuing RAMs/ accreditations, completing flash reports and issuing KPI reports.

    As part of the Compliance Planner role, you will also:

    • To provide an excellent customer service to all clients.
    • Using good communication skills to liaise both over email and phone.
    • To be responsible for all compliance to be met within the relevant time frame.
    • Ensuring all job reports are reviewed and issued using both internal and external CAFM systems.
    • Using good organisational skills to multi-task when booking in services throughout the whole portfolio.
    • Having the ability to prioritise when required.
    • Attend weekly/ monthly meetings with contract managers and clients.
    • Directly reporting to Lead Helpdesk and providing daily updates

    Our ideal candidate will need to have:

    • Previous experience within the FM sector.
    • Proficient skills using Microsoft Systems.
    • Previous experience using CAFM Systems.
    • Good literacy and numerology skills.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Good organisational skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Elogs/ Navision would be desirable

    We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will have administrative experience gained in a busy, everchanging environment. You will be paid up to £28,000 plus benefits.
