Working pattern : Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:00
*Maternity cover contract*
Main duties and requirements:
- Review, understand and coordinate the contractual obligations for each contract from a mobilization/demobilization perspective
- Develop and own the project plan unique to each contract defining key objectives, milestones and deliverables with key stakeholders identified.
- Chair regular weekly (or as required) meetings to review status and assign new tasks and update any actions.
- Liaise with all stakeholders involved on a regular basis gaining regular insights to progress and updates.
- Co-ordinate all specialist activities- oversee, update and own the day-to-day management arrangements for this activity, including access to records, site including security vetting, PPE etc
- Prepare and record safe systems of work for all activities in line with the Apleona HSEQ System.
- Own the due diligence process capturing salient points where there are gaps and non-compliance within the process and escalate accordingly.
- Assess competency of transferring staff
- Conduct periodic reviews and meetings on contract status pertaining to the various service levels defined and provide updates to senior management on any trends or gaps.
- Prepare regular internal status reports identifying current and potential risks and opportunities encountered during various mobilization/demobilization activities.
- Ensure full inventories of the business owned items are compiled for demobilization
Requirements:
- Third level qualification, FM qualification or equivalent.
- Member of a relevant professional organization.
- A full clean driving licence is essential for this role.
- A working knowledge of Facilities, with a commitment to undergo continuing professional development.
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent.
- A recognised Contract/Project management qualification or associated experience
- Computer literate with Microsoft package
- Willingness to travel as required
