Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Partnering and consulting with line managers to provide daily HR guidance. Ensuring end-to-end HR service delivery
- Continually updating managers with employment laws and company policies.
- Mentor and Engage in performance management and development of people across the business
- Provide guidance on employee and industrial relations activities as needed, including preparation and presentation of cases at Workplace Relations Commission
- Act as the first point of contact to manage all employee relations issues that arise.
- Provide guidance and support to management in regard to all employee relations issues ensuring compliance within legislative and regulatory environments.
- Manage and conduct disciplinary cases, capability and grievances where appropriate.
- Support recruitment with internal and external recruitment activities.
- Responsible for ensuring COEs are issued in a timely manner, templates are updated in line with current legislation, and following up with managers plus the HR team on any issues attached to them
- Preparing and compiling HR reports and in turn analyse trends and metrics with management and the HR team.
- Lead the Transfer of Undertakings process end to end
- Lead and execute on assigned projects while driving your own profile within the organisation
Qualifications and Experience
- Third Level Qualification in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Advisory or similar role.
- Industrial Relations experience advantageous.
- Solid understanding of HR functional areas and practices. A strong business/customer service orientation also essential.
