    We are looking for a GMP Specialist to join Apleona team for pharma environment in Dublin

    Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:00

     

    Job Description:

    • Provide consultancy, coaching, and expertise to internal site teams
    • Lead and support optimisation projects, innovation initiatives, internal audits, and training programmes
    • Ensuring that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as Good Documentation Practice
    • Evaluate, harmonise, and standardise GMP compliance and cleaning practices across all Client sites.
    • Facilitate and deliver training programmes to ensure staff are fully competent in GMP standards and service requirements.
    • Conduct inspections, audits, and sanitisation checks in line with contractual requirements, KPIs, and GMP expectations.
    • Review existing GMP cleaning processes, documentation, and procedures, contributing to the implementation of standardised service models.
    • Ensure all GMP cleaning activities meet legislative requirements, industry best practices, and company standards. .
    • Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
    • Drive innovation across GMP services by identifying market trends, new technologies, and improvement opportunities.
    • Support the development and expansion of GMP service offerings, seeking opportunities for business growth
    • To undertake other duties as requested by the Line Manager

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in Facilities Management/Lifescience environment.
    • Strong GMP knowledge, with the ability to apply principles confidently across diverse operations.
    • Membership of a relevant professional organisation (advantageous).
    • Excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal, communication skill and time management
    •  A strong reporting acumen with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong PC literacy with advanced proficiency in relevant software tools
    • Understanding of safe working practices and health & safety legislation.
    • Flexibility with a high-level commitment to success.
