We are currently looking for a GMP Project Lead to join our team in Dublin
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the team on multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion in accordance with Company objectives.
- Lead GMP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure all project activities comply with GMP regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve GMP processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to site teams on GMP requirements and project expectations.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions where needed.
- Identify potential risks in GMP processes and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Perform cleaning and sanitisation inspections under contractual compliance and KPI’s/SLA’
- Managing vendor relationships with a sound understanding of standard practices in project management.
- Support project delivery, ensuring on time & to budget, meeting the clients quality standards
- Ensure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing the Health & Safety requirements of each function.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures
- Suggest and implement improvements and innovations in service delivery
- Effective sourcing and utilization of materials and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site audits from quality control point of view
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a GMP Environment
- Minimum 3 years Business management / Project management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- General business, finance, and operations skills
- Experience with BMS and CAFM systems desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible with ability to adapt to changing environment
