Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:00-16:30/ Hybrid
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture
- Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and plant utilities to high standards
- Implement strategic engineering goals, KPIs and objectives
- Oversee Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services & Soft Services
- Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on time
- Resolve technical issues promptly to support operations
- Oversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actions
- Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance
- Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors
- Manage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtime
- Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement
- Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service
Qualifications and Experience:
- Third level engineering qualification or senior trades background with experience
- Experience in tendering for services and project/contract management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Previous experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment
- Strong financial, systems and process understanding
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and customer service focus
