Location – Runcorn, WA7 1NT
Hours – Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 15:30pm (Flexibility is essential)

We’re currently looking to recruit a Head Chef who will assist in the delivery and management of catering provisions, with a high degree of customer care and service at all times. The role will be pivotal in facilitating our objectives of innovation, improved service delivery, cost reduction and value for money.
It is an important part of the role to manage, support and develop the teams within your sphere of responsibility, to ensure responsive, well-motivated and customer focused staff provide excellent catering services to all customers including staff, dignitaries and members of the public.
This key customer facing role will be critical to ensuring that the client, their teams and all customers are satisfied with the services provided by FoodSpace and feel adequately engaged via appropriate communications.
As an Apleona Head Chef, we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or above Food Safety training
- Experience at a management level within a catering environment.
- Demonstrable experience within a catering environment catering for small and large customer numbers.
- Knowledge and awareness of health & safety, food safety and HACCP legislation and regulations.
We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may ideally already have some management experience gained in a similar role, within a fast paced, client led environment.
