Health & Safety/FM Coordinator

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Health & Safety/FM Coordinator to work closely with the management team and provide administrative support to the team on our client’s site. Acting as first point of contact for any internal and external requests, you will carry out several tasks providing excellent customer service.
In this role you will administer all user requests, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the relevant stakeholders. Completing contractor and suppliers’ assessments, you will also coordinate COSHH risk assessments/ records and incident investigations as required.
In addition to the health & safety duties, you will help support with general office administration tasks including purchase orders, processing invoices, assist couriers and deliveries when necessary. We’re looking for someone to be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to the job to support the manager, team, and our client.
As an Apleona Facilities Coordinator, we’re looking for:
- Desire to pursue and complete relevant H&S qualifications
- Experience working in FM industry or in office environment
- IOSH certification (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great planning and organising skills
