At Apleona we are always on the lookout for talented we currently have opportunities to join our team as Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Sligo
Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday 07:00 - 11;00
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets, etc.
- Dusting and washing floors and walls
- Sweeping, floor polishing and waste disposal
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required
- Organize necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities
- Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevators
- General housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter control
- Inform the Supervisor/Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes
- Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay
Requirements:
- A can do attitude
- Experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of English
- Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
- Knowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasks
