    At Apleona we are always on the lookout for dynamic and talented individual to join our teams, We are currently looking for a Building Manager at our facility in Dublin 1

     

    Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To establish and maintain the Annual Facilities Management and budget and the financial Processes in place for PO/invoices/variations Payment application on time and Cash flow maintained
    • Reviewing the Cleaning Diary; log all cleaning calls and liaise with cleaning team onsite
    • General Administration and taking on ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required depending on the needs of the business.
    • Upsell facilities by making the line manager aware of any gaps in service.
    • Report and investigate maintenance issues that arise onsite and assist in emergencies such as light leaks, spills etc.
    • Assist in health and Safety including bell tests, floor walks and first aid boxes are stocked, sprinkler gage checks, water temp testing and flushing, WC disability alarm testing.
    • Coordinates/leads the completion of facilities requests from employees.
    • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are up to date for training and ensure anyone covering your duties receives a proper handover.
    • Scheduling PPM works and ensures these are completed in a timely manner.
    • Keeping accurate records that are works carried out and reporting any to you line manager
    • Quote requests and review for issue found onsite during PPM’s or other works.
    • Dealing with clients, visitors or contractors to the office in a professional and courteous manner to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Respond to soft service calls logged, investigate the nature of the issue, and seek a speedy resolution. Training plan in place and continuously monitoring
    • Resources provided to enable all staff to undertake their roles
    • EH&S Policy and Procedure established for site and reports compiled and distributed as required. .
    • Active involvement in Business Development Activity on project specific basis
    • Respond to emergencies outside normal working hours and works with security onsite to resolve these
    • Reporting Keeping up to date records of all services and purchases and reporting these to line manager
    • Keeping record of any cleaning issues onsite and reporting these to line manager

     

    Skills Required

    • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workloads and work effectively to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • A high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
    • Customer service experience with excellent time management.
    • Excellent phone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • IT Literate – must have excellent MS Office skills
    • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Have an extremely professional manner and well always presented.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, frequently under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
