At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for Part Time Cleaning operatives at our facility in Clonmel, Co Tipperary
Working Pattern:Fri – 17.00 – 23.30 Sat 10.00 – 18.00 Sun 08.00 – 13.30
Main duties and responsibilities
- Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and Apleona Procedures and instructions
- Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties
- Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
- Complete all logbooks and documentation promptly as per site instructions and SOPs
- In coordination with the cleaning supervisor, plan, schedule and execute cleaning activities in the relevant GMP or designated areas
- Ensure all equipment is safe before use, and report any faults to the machinery and be aware of service requirements
- Report health and safety-related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay
- Remain security conscious and report any suspicious incidents or observations to the supervisor with minimum delay
- Undertake job-related training as and when required ▪ Be able to work as part of a team
- Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs
- Deal responsibly with capital & equipment and Promote Health and Safety
- To order stocks and ensure that all storerooms are stocked in a safe and tidy manner to avoid stock loss and minimise wastage
- Team player and result-oriented. Be a team player, honest, loyal, and genuine
- Solid record of attention to detail, strict adherence to procedures and safety-focused
- Flexibility and results-focused in a fast-paced lean environment
Qualifications and experience
- Good work record
- Previous experience working as a cleaner is desirable
- Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- Flexible approach to working as part of a team.
