At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals. We currently have openings for a full-time Service Attendant to join our team in Dublin 2
Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30 or 08:30 - 17::00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Providing additional support for Clients and the Facilities Team.
- Clean all common areas in our campus buildings and ensure all consumables are always replenished.
- Assist in emergencies such as light leaks, spills etc.
- Attend to meeting room requests/set-ups/clean-ups
- Support the team with Event Management and other ad hoc duties when required.
- Report all hazards and incidents that you encounter
- Cover the Facilities Team with leave support.
- Assist in health and safety, including bell tests, floor walks and first aid boxes that are stocked
- Working as part of a team delivering a high standard of service
- Familiarisation with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Ensure anyone covering your duties receives a proper handover
- Upsell facilities by making the Facilities Manager aware of any gaps in service.
- Report any maintenance issues which you notice on-site to the Facilities Manager
- Professional greeting to clients and staff to generate a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Liaising with the cleaning team on specific requests and ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
- Ensure reception is always kept tidy, ensuring to check this area frequently.
- Frequent checks of key areas like toilets and common areas, tidying and replenishing stock when necessary
- Additional stock control (crockery around the Campus kitchen areas)
- Any other requests as may be required from time to time.
- Flexibility working weekends and after hours when requested
Qualifications and experience
- Highly organised and excellent time management
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Customer service experience
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
