The administrator will provide administrative support to the operations department and in particular support to the
Facilities Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative support to on site Facilities Manager.
- TMS staff time in attendance.
- Recording of Work Orders.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Maintaining and updating records: training, job allocation records, completed cleaning records, contractor RAMS documentation, fire risk assessment records.
- Provide cover for reception desk.
- Liaise with school authorities on room allocation and client concerns.
- Assist FM in the production of monthly reports/
- Enter data in On Line systems.
- Maintaining files for the site.
- Ensure all paperwork is filed neat and tidy in relevant folders.
Person Specification
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding importance of safe work practises.
- MS Office experience.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
- Flexibility and ability to work to tight timeframe is critical.
Working Pattern
Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 14.30
