To maintain building fabric across clients portfolio & lead the Multi Skilled
Technical Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintenance building fabric
- Maintain on-site facilities
filing system
- To deliver agreed levels of
Customer Service
- Managing sub-contractors
working on-site
- Manage and respond to
work requests
- Use of technology to conduct
/ record works
- Conduct scheduled
inspections
- Dealing with client’s staff
- Sustainability & Energy

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experience Requirements
- Essential 3 years experience in similar role and
keenness to learn new skills
- Ideal Experienced in a similar role in similar
environment.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm.
