Hours – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 08:00-17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00

We are currently seeking a professional Electrical Maintenance Engineer based at our client site, University of Hertfordshire. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs and installations.
As an electrically qualified maintenance engineer, the role will be orientated around electrical works with some requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other non-electrical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.
Skills & Experience:
- Formal Electrical Qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
- Experience with building management systems
- Valid UK Driving license
Desirable:
- Experience in working at corporate locations
