Overall Purpose of the Job
Maintain and operate plant, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and carry out daily checks.
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance work.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
- Maintain compliance with EHS laws and technical standards.
- Support operations by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Person Specification
- Experience with plant equipment like boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Engineering qualification or Level 6 trade equivalent.
- Experience in medical, pharma, or production industries preferred.
- Knowledge of Maximo and GMP background is a plus.
