    Hours – Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am - 16:00pm & Thursday, 8:00am - 14:00pm

    We’re currently looking to recruit an Administrator to provide administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for any internal and external requests.  You will carry out a number of tasks with excellent customer service along with a proactive work ethic to ensure the administrative function is professional, queries are efficiently resolve and deadlines are met.

    As administrator you will provide a full administration service including processing purchase orders, record keeping and checking on progression of works.  You will also produce reports, administer payroll and HR information, and be responsible for incoming and outgoing post. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.

    As an Apleona Administrator, we’re looking for:

    • Experience of providing administrative support to a team
    • Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email
    • Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
    • Attention to detail and works accurately
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
