We are looking for a GMP Operative to join our team in Dublin 15
Shift pattern Monday to Sunday 42 Hours per week average
Main duties and responsibilities
- Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and Apleona Procedures and instructions
- To Follow the scheduling of Service Requests (SR) and Work Order (WO)
- To carry out routine tasks
- Ensuring works are completed and closed out on time.
- Ability to work on his/her own.
- To ensure that Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) are followed.
- To ensure that all documentation and logbooks entries are completed as per Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- To be familiar with the Risk Assessment method Statement (RAMS), Safe Plan of Action (SPA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for specific tasks.
- Testing the equipment when is required with the Portable Appliance System (PAT Testing).
- Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties
- Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.
- Complete all log books and documentation in a timely manner as per site instructions and SOPs
- In coordination with Supervisor plan, schedule and execute cleaning activities in the relevant GMP or designated areas
- Report fabric defects to the Supervisor
- Ensure all equipment is safe before use and report any faults to machinery and be aware of service requirements
- Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs
- Show commitment to excellence, assume responsibility
- To order stocks and ensure that all store rooms are stocked in a safe and tidy manner to avoid stock loss and minimise wastage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- Good Work Record
- Previous experience as working as a cleaner is desirable
- Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- Flexible approach to working as part of a team.
